Send Citizen Items!

Soon Citizens can send citizen items to Non Citizens! Including Suits! BUT if you want to send a suit to a non citizen, Tell them to take off ALL there items. Then send them the gift but tell them to click PUT ON if they press "to wardrobe" It will be un wearable!
